Delivery Policy

**Orders are currently being dispatched within 1-3 working days after the order is placed. Once your order has been marked dispatched, delivery is expected to take place within 1-3 working days for addresses in Ireland.
**Please bear in mind that in December or any other times of increased retail activity there may be a longer processing times, we will endeavour always to meet our normal delivery timeframes and will post updates here, regularly as appropriate.

Deliveries in Republic Of Ireland
. Next day delivery is not guaranteed during this time, although we are working extremely hard to process all orders as fast as possible. Most orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery will take place with An Post.
UK & International Deliveries (Outside of Republic of Ireland)
Deliveries to these addresses will be sent with An Post using a tracked International Express service with full tracking. Currently there are delays on all deliveries outside of Republic of Ireland, please contact us prior to placing your order for estimated delivery date,

Our standard shipping fee is based on the parcel weighing no more than 0.5kg.

Majority of orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12.00pm are shipped with Next Day Delivery.
Orders placed on Friday before 12.00pm will usually be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery.
All orders processed after 12.00pm Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched Saturday or Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Delivery Delays
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping/delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods.

We use reliable An Post postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the full shipping address supplied at checkout is correct. Please review this before placing your order. We prioritise a fast dispatch and delivery timeframe, so it may not be possible to amend your delivery/shipping information after you place your order.

Items Returned To Sender
If you enter incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your item is returned to sender, we will only resend your order after the buyer pays an additional shipping fee. If the order is subsequently cancelled after being returned to sender, a restocking fee of €5 will apply to each order and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Why not shop at your convenience on your mobile, laptop or tablet and collect at instore at a time that suits you! Simply select collect in-store as your delivery method when checking out.

Click & Collect is a free service and you will receive an email or a phonecall to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

You can expect your purchase to be ready for collection 1-2 working days.

At Costello Pharmacy, all our boxes are plain and unbranded, made from responsible sources and fully recyclable. The only customer details are discretely on the shipping label for the delivery by our trusted AnPost delivery service. If you need to order a medicine or product for a sensitive condition that you would like to keep private, you can rest assured that even if you have to get delivery to your workplace, shared address or postal room, nobody else will be able to see what the contents of your order will be.
